These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Vyper Hosting (“we,” “us” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the vyperhosting.com, billing.vyperhosting.com and panel.vyperhosting.com website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”).

By using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, comprehended, and accept to be legally bound by all of these terms and conditions.   9. Your Contributions do not violate any applicable law, regulation, or rule.
  10. No third party's right to privacy or publicity is infringed upon by your contributions.
  11. There is nothing in your contributions that asks for personal information from anyone younger than 18 or that uses minors for violent or sexual purposes.
  12. Your Contributions are not intended to violate any state or federal laws pertaining to child pornography or other laws meant to safeguard minors' health or welfare;
  13. Your Contributions do not include any offensive comments that are connected to race, national origin, gender, sexual preference, or physical handicap.
  14. Your Contributions do not otherwise violate, or link to material that violates, any provision of these Terms and Conditions, or any applicable law or regulation.

Your ability to use the Site may be terminated or suspended, among other consequences, for using it in a way that is inconsistent with the aforementioned terms and conditions of this agreement.

Guidelines For Review

We reserve the right to accept, reject, or remove reviews at our sole discretion. We are not required by law to filter or remove reviews, even if someone finds them offensive or inaccurate. We do not necessarily agree with reviews, nor do we represent the opinions of any of our partners or affiliates.

We disclaim all responsibility for any reviews, as well as for any losses, liabilities, or claims that may arise from them. We make no effort to review any Social Network Content for any purpose, including but not limited to, for accuracy, legality, or non-infringement, and we are not responsible for any Social Network Content.

You understand and consent to our using your contacts list on your tablet or mobile device, as well as your email address book linked to a Third-Party Account, exclusively to locate and notify you of contacts who have also registered to use the Site. Through your account settings (if applicable) or by contacting us using the details below, you can deactivate the connection between the Site and your Third-Party Account.
