This Refund Policy describes the terms for providing reimbursements on products and services distributed by Vyper Hosting (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

Your continued use of the Service after the date on which such revised Refund Policy is posted will subject you to and be considered as your acceptance of any changes in any revised Acceptable Use Policy, which you will have been made aware of.

Standard Refund Terms

Refunds for goods and services we distribute are only available to customers who use the support ticket system and submit a refund request within twenty-four (24) hours of the transaction date. In the event that a refund to your original payment method is not achievable, an alternative refund will be issued to the balance on your billing system.

“Date of transaction”, for the purpose of this Refund Policy, refers to the date and time of when the service or invoice was considered paid by the billing system.

“Support ticket system”, for the purpose of this Refund Policy, refers to the online support ticket system which is available on our billing platform (https://billing.vyperhosting.com).

We reserves the right to accept or deny refund requests for any reason.

Products available for refund under standard refund terms

  • Managed Panel Services
  • Managed VPS Services

“Managed Services”, for the purpose of this Refund Policy, refers to goods and services that we distribute and that our control panel allows you to edit, log, and control remotely, among other things.

Products not available for refunds

  • Dedicated Servers
  • Custom Orders

Refund requests for services that would not normally be eligible for refunds because of the category in which they fall may be accepted at our discretion.

Compensation

In some cases, as payment, we might give your billing system credit, offer discount codes, or give you special offers on your current services, like free months or discounted rates. The management team decides who gets compensated, and it might not be available to all users.
